Political Contribution Refund
The Political Contribution Refund (PCR) Program is an awesome way to support candidates without breaking the bank! You may qualify for a refund of your political contribution one time per year, valued at $75 for an individual or $150 for a married couple (must file a joint PCR application). That's right, you can donate $75 per person, request a rebate, and end up even. Learn more about the PCR Program.
How it works:
1. Donate.
2. We'll email you the PCR receipt (Form EP-3). Print it off.
3. Complete the PCR application. Print that off, too. (Now you should have two print outs)
4. Mail the application before April 15, 2027 to:
Minnesota Department of Revenue
Political Contribution Refund
600 N. Robert St.
St. Paul, MN 55146-1800
5. Wait for your refund to show up and know you contributed in an incredibly meaningful way. Thanks!
Note: Of course you can contribute more, but the refund will max out at $75 per person. And you can always contribute less, but the refund will match your contribution (so you may as well contribute $75 if you can!).
Why support a CAMPAIGN
Campaigns run on people, and I’m proud that the legwork of mine is powered by an incredible team of volunteers. If you’d like to join that team, reach me at hardy4house@outlook.com!
Even with a volunteer-driven campaign, there are real costs that come with reaching voters. A typical campaign budget, like mine, will include:
Website and digital tools to keep information accessible and transparent
Printed materials like literature, palm cards, and informational flyers
Marketing items such as buttons, bumper stickers, stickers, and yard signs
Advertisements, including print, radio, digital, and television
Mailers to reach voters who don’t use social media
Voter database access to ensure accurate outreach
Event and meeting space reservations for community conversations
None of these are luxuries. Together, these are the basic tools needed to run a competitive, community-centered campaign in a district where people deserve to (and will) hear directly from the person asking to represent them (that's me!). Every contribution, no matter the size, helps make that possible. My promise to you is fiscal responsibility; I'm frugal in my home life and will be frugal and intentional with campaign funds. These are your dollars and I intend to put them to use in the absolute most effective and efficient way possible. Thank you for considering and thank you for your support!
